Intercultural communication is a key leadership skill in today’s globalized world.  Achieving shared understanding within an increasingly diverse workforce is critical to optimize effectiveness and productivity. The aim of this course is to expose students to key tools and theories on intercultural communication. This course examines cultural diversity and the state of polarization in our world by focusing on developing cultural, collaborative and positive intelligence in order to deal with the economic, intercultural and interreligious dialogue and migration challenges we are and will be facing.
