Course overview

The objective of this course is to prepare students to lead project teams in a multicultural environment, whether they're dispersed around the world or they are working in a single location. Multi-culturalism can be experienced from various angles: taking in consideration different nationalities, but also diverse company cultures, different functions, as well as diverse socio-cultural backgrounds. This course aims at raising the awareness of one’s own personal leadership style as well as appreciating the diversity of a project team composed of various members, each with a unique personality and style. Ultimately the course should help students finding the right approach to leverage every single team members’ strength to ensure successful project completion.
