Dear students, 

As you know tomorrow we have no class, as many of you have a project trip to Lausanne. 

Given that you already know about your GIS/Python project, you can take time to get things started if you want.

I posted a small PDF descriptive in Cyberlearn (section Evaluation) with some of the details about the project. We will see (Geo)Django and PostGIS together in the next weeks but if you want to start with the ski resort, you can already work on it. 

For instance, you can already choose a ski site, and see how to model the different elements that you want to represent.
