This module intends to highlight and value the professional experience acquired in conjunction with the academic curriculum by part-time students, in particular by clarifying the professional skills developed alongside the Bachelor's program. The goal is to recognize the benefit of the time invested by part-time students in acquiring professional experience in parallel of their studies, making them more employable and attractive to potential recruiters.

This project enables students to reflect on their professional practice in parallel with their studies, and forces them to make the link between what they've learned in class and what they've implemented in their jobs, which in return can feed fruitful discussions at future job interviews.

On the basis of knowledge acquired in previous semesters, and in light of their current professional practice, at the end of this module students must be able to:

- Take a critical look at the evolution of their professional practice since entering the HEG;

- Analyze the dynamic between the acquisition of skills during the academic curriculum and professional practice;

- Identify and document selected competencies which have significantly progressed during the curriculum,

- Demonstrate how their skills can be put to use in a future professional career project.
